Chairman NAB has been asked to order an inquiry under article 27, 25 and 178 of the constitution and NAB laws.
In his complaint the complainant has provided clippings from different newspapers, and documents vis-ŕ-vis overseas training of Dr Arsalan as a proof.
The plaintiff in his complaint has maintained that Dr Arsalan due to his influential position went to FIA on deputation and later joined Police as an ASP, whereas basically he is a MBBS Doctor and had practiced as Medical Officer in Quetta, Balochistan. He appeared for CSS examination twice but failed.
